CARNM will continue to bring quality education opportunities to members during 2012 to allow them to hone skills to be productive in today’s business climate. CARNM has also joined several organizations like NAIOP, the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce and Albuquerque Economic Development to allow members more opportunities to interact with others in the business community. Finally CARNM will work to keep members abreast of important public policy issues that affect the business and commercial real estate communities through our involvement with AED and NAIOP.

Biography

Jim Smith joined CB Richard Ellis in January 2006 as an industrial specialist with over 24 years of experience in business ownership, management, and sales in the industrial distribution industry. His extensive background in business finance enables him to effectively understand and help his clients’ meet their financial goals. His experience operating a distribution business, serving construction and manufacturing customers, gives him great insight into his clients’ needs. The patience acquired from managing a successful business for 17 years, has helped Jim develop the ability to effectively guide his clients through complex transactions. Jim has lived in Albuquerque since 1964.
