CAREER SUMMARY

As a 12-year veteran and principal of Grubb & Ellis|NewMexico, Tim With offers his clients exceptional experience, efficiency and energy. Tim has and extensive educational background from the accredited Anderson School of Management, where he attained both a Bachelor and Master Degree in Business Administration.

Tim works with a broad range of transactions including investments, office and office/flex properties. He was instrumental with the leasing and sale of the 300,000-square-foot, NAIOP President’s Award winning mixed-use redevelopment, 25! Business Park, disposition of the 78,000-square foot Marshall Building, and the leasing and disposition of the 17-building, 320,000 square foot Broadbent Business Park. Tim has had a successful association with John Ransom, CCIM, SIOR for over a decade.
