Billing Information for Members
Thank you for being a member of the Commercial Association of REALTORS® New Mexico (CARNM). Your 2012 invoice for national (NAR), state (RANM), and local (CARNM) dues as well as the Catylist subscription fees have been mailed.
In order to help our local members, the CARNM Board has authorized a $55 credit for 2012 dues for all members who pay their invoice on or before December 27, 2011. This credit will offset the national and state increases and is only available for those who pay no later than December 27, 2011.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, thank you for your commitment and involvement! Please take advantage of this credit and pay your invoice on time.

CARNM Members
The Commercial Association of REALTORS® New Mexico (CARNM) was one of the first associations to receive accreditation by the commercial division of NAR, REALTORS® Commercial Alliance (RCA). CARNM exceeded the minimum standards and benchmarks in areas such as meetings and events, community involvement, structure and governance, and membership.
To accomplish our goals, CARNM provides numerous networking opportunities, excellent educational programs, weekly communication updates, a quarterly membership directory, an annual meeting, and much more. CARNM also provides a commercial property listing service, which can be subscribed to separately.

Code of Ethics Requirement
