LIN or the Leasing Information Network is a networking forum for those involved with leasing commercial real estate.
The LIN meetings are held monthly at a host property, typically the last Wednesday of the month. The buildings are usually vacant and available for lease and give the building wonderful exposure to 60-70 active leasing brokers in the community, giving them the chance to tour the inside and “visualize” potential tenants. Brokers enjoy a hosted breakfast and learn about the host property while local experts speak on various topics, followed by a leasing marketing session. During the marketing session, new properties are introduced, changes in properties are announced and thank you is given to brokers who have worked cooperatively on recent deals.
Biannually, LIN serves as a roundtable forum to discuss market trends in Retail, Office and Industrial markets and share information across the community.
